Knowles Associates is a private limited company formed in 1990. We have been at the forefront of the management of lease car schemes since their introduction into the National Health Service in 1987. Through our long association with the NHS and local authorities, we have established ourselves as specialists in the design and management of public sector car schemes.

PCH has taken off in popularity over the last few years as people become more aware of the benefits of this way of acquiring a new car. It is a hassle free and long-term rental scheme. Simply pick the car of your choice; add optional maintenance and any accessories you want.
Choose a hire period from between 24-60 months and make regular monthly payments then, at the end of the contract simply hand the car back and get a new one (if you choose to do so).

It’s important to note that you will not own the car and you will pay extra if you keep the car past the return date or damage the car. You will be committed to the term of the contract and you will be required to make the financial payments you sign up for.

All PCH quotes are valid for 28 days and the scheme is available continuously, so you can come back when it’s time to replace your current car. Don’t forget to start early to allow for car delivery times.

Entry to the scheme is subject to status, application and credit acceptance. Full terms & conditions are on our website. Repairs or replacements from accidental or malicious damage, and damage caused by misuse or abuse are not included. The vehicle must be serviced in accordance with manufacturer’s guidance and by an approved service dealer and you must not invalidate the warranty. An excess mileage charge will apply if you exceed the contract mileage. You may be charged for any damage (outside of industry accepted fair wear and tear) when the car is returned.
